Logement très bien situé à 600 m environ de la gare pour faire tous nos déplacements. Calme au fond d’une coure, sécurisé, plusieurs portes avant d’accéder au logement . Tout était fonctionnel et très propre. Edda était d’une très grande disponibilité je recommande ce logement.

La posizione è comoda, anche per chi arriva a piedi dalla stazione. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario e di arredi nuovi e funzionali.
Poco luminoso e dotato di una sola finestrella.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czystość, cisza, kontakt z właścicielem, wyposażenie łazienki i aneksu kuchennego w tym przygotowane ciasteczka, kawa, herbata i 2 butelki wody na początek:). Idealne miejsce dla aktywnych, kilka minut spacerkiem do starego miasta, 10 min do Dworca Centralnego - główny węzeł komunikacyjny, 20 min plaża Pene Pomodoro. Na przeciw pizzeria, kafejka, a tuż za rogiem market gdzie można zrobić wszystkie zakupy. Na pobyt kilkudniowy z bagażem podręcznym idealne miejsce, na dłużej z walizkami oraz spędzających więcej czasu w pokoju trochę utrudnieniem może być brak szafy z półkami na rzeczy oraz brak dużego okna zarówno do przewietrzenia jak i wysuszenia ręczników.
Lekkim utrudnieniem było otwieranie kluczem 4 drzwi za każdym razem żeby dostać się do pokoju. Z wyposażenia kuchni przydały by sie 2 dodatkowe mniejsze talerzyki, a było by super jak lokal miał by na wyposażeniu parasol i krzesełka plażowe.

La proximité du centre historique.
La situation du logement qui n'est pas en rez-de-chaussé de l'immeuble présenté sur les photos de l'annonce, mais au fond d'une arrière cour dans un bloc d'immeubles de 7 étages.
L'humidité du logement, salpêtre, moisissures, odeurs.
Le manque de luminosité, seule une petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour enclavée éclaire le logement, ce qui oblige d'avoir un l'éclairage artificiel constamment.
