It’s really close to the cathedral and everything you need to go and see, and the host was really helpful
The noise at night can be bad, towards 23:00-2:00 we heard a lot of shouting, but that is out of the property’s control

Really spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location cannot be beaten, short walk to bars, cafes, shops and sightseeing. The view from the balcony is amazing.
Apartment very clean and tidy with comfy beds. Nice shower. Some previous reviews said the lift was out of service but it’s working now. Had no issue with noise despite it being central.

Tolle Lage direkt am Eigelstein, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Große, sehr saubere Wohnung, bequeme Betten und ein toller Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ausstattung: Von Geschirr und Töpfen bis zu Öl, Gewürzen, Kaffee, Müllbeuteln und ausreichend Toilettenpapier ist wirklich alles da. Super unkomplizierter Check-in und sehr schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation, auch über WhatsApp.
Die in einer älteren Bewertung erwähnten Renovierungsarbeiten waren bei uns kein Thema: Aufzug und Rollos/Vorhänge waren vorhanden und alles funktionierte problemlos.
Durch die zentrale Lage hört man nachts teilweise das Leben auf der Straße. Uns hat es nicht gestört, für sehr lärmempfindliche Gäste könnte es aber relevant sein.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Innenstadtlage ist super. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das der Aufzug nicht geht haben wir vorher gewusst. Allerdings ist das ganze Haus in Renovierung. In den Schlafzimmern gab es keinerlei Vedunklungsmöglichkeiten (Rollläden sind wohl noch im Bau). Die Dachterrasse war von Werkzeugen und Baumüll übersäht. Hier lagen Stromkabel, eine Säge und viele anderes, mit kleinen Kindern gefährlich.
Im Flur fehlt eine Garderobe und im Bad wäre ein Aufhänger für Handtücher neben dem Waschbecken schön.
Fazit: sehr teuer für den aktuellen Renovierungszustand
