Waiting area was comfortable with sofa, can take a nap. Friendly staff.

Upper bunk couldn't feel the AC. Floor rag should change daily

The staff were very friendly. Very quiet too. Plenty of travellers there though, so friends to be made if you wanted. Nice showers too (buy some hooks)

Extremely hot in the single room. I had a fan but it still wasn’t enough. It says air con but I don’t believe there was air con. It was also kind of dirty on the walls in the room. I extended out of convenience for one day because I was sick but it wasn’t super comfortable.
