A great place to stay to visit Zagreb!

Fabulous location! Great bathroom!

7 / 10

Ok apart from the bathroom. Just needs a handyman to fix the broken things.

Location was good.

The bathroom was in need of a bit of work. Toilet seat was broken and quite dangerous to sit on. Tap ran continuously in the bathroom and the floor was wet after every shower as the screen was not big enough to contain the shower water. Toilet roll holder was barely hanging on to the wall.

Fantastic location with large, modern room

The location is fantastic! The accommodation is easy to find and walking distance to everything. The large room was modern and freshly renovated. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee provided. We would definitely recommend the rooms if a few adjustments could be made. (See below)

Communication to get the room access information was a bit delayed. We use Booking.com frequently and it is so great when we arrive at a new location with all of the access information already to enter. Security for this accommodation was a little concerning. The door to the street was always locked, but the door to enter the rooms was never locked and we couldn’t lock it. The door to our own room locked perfectly. ( yes, there are 3 doors to get in) The bathroom was modern but unfortunately the shower seems not to have been installed correctly and the water floods the floor instead of going down the drain.

Disaster

Nothing

Terrible experience. During our stay, the same room was assigned to another guest. Fortunately, we were inside the room when the other guest tried to enter; otherwise, we would have been completely dependent on that person’s honesty. When we reported the issue, new access codes were generated, but the previous ones were not deactivated. As a result, we ended up with four different codes that could open our room, including the code given to the other guest. What was particularly concerning was that, when I tried to explain that the old codes were still working, instead of properly checking the issue, I was made to feel as though I was exaggerating and that there was no security problem. We did not receive an apology for what happened. Additionally, the apartment is located in a rather old building, and the elevator is practically unusable, as it only stops between floors. This means that you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. I also found the claim about soundproof windows to be misleading. You can hear absolutely everything from outside, and there is a very noisy bar directly across the street. Sleeping on a Saturday night is practically impossible. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially because of the serious issue with the access codes and the way the situation was handled.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum. Self Check-in funktioniert einwandfrei.

Good location, good facilities

response time was very slow and unresponsive at times, loud outside
