The location is fabulous - right in the heart of bustling Bordeaux - the bathroom is spacious, the bed in the bedroom is comfortable. It was clean and tidy.
The lack of natural light and ventilation, the second bedroom is a small sofa bed in the small lounge. A bigger selection of toiletries would be helpful. Water in the fridge would be a kind gesture.

L’emplacement est top, en plein centre ville, l’appartement est décoré avec goût. La salle de jeux en bas est fantastique et la baignoire jacuzzi aussi!
La relation avec la société de conciergerie. L’appartement était annoncé climatisé dans le titre. Ce n’était pas le cas dans les chambres, climatisation en panne apparement. Pas d’information, pas d’excuse, ils ont blâmé bookings en disant que c’était à jour sur un autre support, après vérification c’est faux! Leur justification : pourquoi y aurait-il eu des ventilateurs en haut si la Clim fonctionnait!
Une partie du linge sale a été laissé dans l’appartement.

Great location, down a side street just off the main drag. Quirky and interesting.
There was a key and a fob and not two keys as stated in the instructions which threw is first of all! When we arrived and there were three of us, we couldn't find the bed linen for the bed settee. We also didn't have enough towels or coffee as we expected. We contacted the hosts and they responded immediately. However, we didn't receive the extra towels until the following day and we were only there for two nights. The basement is quirky but it is damp. There was a diffuser downstairs but it leaked water on the floor. It was also a basement without windows so felt a little claustrophobic.
