First - Mavis was an excellent communicator and facilitator and also immediately addressed a small issue we experienced. The property was ideal for our weekend needs, located proximate to downtown, airport and the speedway. Also nearby (walkable) food options. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fine (although the bathroom is tight quarters). Additional seating in living room, bedroom chair and front porch is needed. Kitchen had updated appliances & Keurig coffee maker but no dishwasher. More kitchen tune-up would help (handles on drawers, basic condiments & spices, more tableware). Overall we were pleased with our stay and the condition of the property - just as advertised. Thank you, Mavis.

Loved my stay here! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless.

Mavis was awesome and made sure we were well informed of the arrival and taken care of when had questions. The house was a little bit dated but the appliances and fixtures were well updated. Overall nice stay.
