About this house rental
This luxury town house is in a quiet residential village next to Linn Park country park and also just around the corner from the famous Smiddy local pub which is a great favourite with the locals and beyond. However, the close locality of a train station and several bus routes means that Glasgow's bustling city centre can be reached within 15 minuites.

This property was ideal for our purposes - we were going to a concert at Hampden Park and wanted to stay within walking distance. The house was a 15 minute walk from the stadium and was absolutely ideal for that purpose. The property suited us as my daughter hates sharing a room with me (I snore apparently), so rather than book a hotel I'd looked for a 2 bedroom property. The host was very responsive and left us some lovely goodies/breakfast items to enjoy, which were really helpful. The journey into Glasgow was very straightforward, and trains ran every 15 minutes from the local train station, a 5 minute walk away. It was a bit strange staying in what was clearly somebody's everyday home, but otherwise we were very happy.
