You found it! This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath updated townhome is the perfect home in the perfect location. Just across the street you will discover Windsor Lake with its walking trails, beaches, fishing pier and Boardwalk Park. You are also within walking distance to Old Town Windsor Main St with its great restaurants and shopping. For you medical professionals, it is just 15 to 20 mins to five major Hospitals (UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, Banner McKee Medical Center, Banner Fort Collins, UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital and UCHealth Greeley Hospital). When it’s time to explore further you can hit up the Rocky Mountains just a little over an hour drive up the gorgeous Big Thompson Canyon to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and more; or down to some big city life in Denver in the same amount of time. This townhome’s location was wonderful, near Windsor Lake and many walking trails. The host was terrific—engaging and responsive to requests. The townhome itself was lovely. Note that this VRBO is not designed for the elderly given the two story layout, low toilets, and lack of a walk in shower.

The place is a bargain - and well equipped. We stayed for almost 3 months and found it clean, comfortable and very convenient to stores and town. With Main Street so close, much is within walking distance like restaurants, shops and other conveniences. The lake is a stones throw away and we often did the pleasant walk around it. Lloyd was an amazing host and could not have been more responsive to even the smallest of needs. We intend to book Lloyd's place any time we are out there.
