I stayed for 4 nights and on 4 separate occasions I could not get in or out of the designated parking for vrbo guests. There was also bug droppings on the window sill and a dead roach on floor. The sheets appeared to be new and unwashed. I, however, enjoyed the location for its convenience.

About this apartment rental

Lovely one bedroom apartment with private entrance, carport, extra storage space. Nicely equipped kitchen, induction cooking surfaces, over the counter microwave, air fryer, Keurig. washer/dryer in unit, Weber gas grill. Dinner service for four. Google smart speaker, Samsung TV with Firestick, high speed internet and streaming included. Separate apartment with private entrance attached to a larger home, main house is generally only occupied a few weeks of the year. Price includes all utilities.

Lovely one bedroom studio apartment with private entrance. Nicely equipped kitchen, induction cooking surface, microwave, air fryer, Keurig. Washer/dryer in unit, Weber gas grill. Google smart speaker, Samsung TV with Firestick, high speed internet and streaming included. Studio apartment is attached to a larger home, but is completely self sufficient. Has it's own Mini Split Air conditioning system, which is ultra quiet - heats, cools and dehumidifies. Price includes all utilities.
