The place is clean and well run. Free breakfast was great for me cause it saves time / decision energy and good for the money. The room I stayed in was actually quiet.
It feels a bit transient - people coming and going most of days.

Location is nice. Fresh food available outside, multiple options. Public transport is readily available.
Place can feel quite small given the city location. It’s actually for people in 20s and 30s. I was the only one in 40s. Can be little annoying with people not flushing properly, smoking around and watching movies on phones until 3 am morning.
