Location and responsiveness of staff

- The building entrance was very dirty - The flat next door had party 2 out of 4 days and we couldn't sleep - We had to pay for extra towels as we were given only ONE per person - The bed was very small for 2 persons - We had to buy extra toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo because they didn't last for 4 days - We had to clean all dishes (or put the dishwasher) and throw the rubbish! - 3rd floor without a lift (probably we didn't notice it in the description)

quiet budget apartment in the center of Lyon

The location is great, the apartment is very clean, the service is great

In my opinion, there should be air conditioning because it was very hot. The little things that are missing are also noticeable - hand soap, napkins, a bottle of water (we arrived late at night).

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre ville et accessible à 2 ou 3 min. d'une station de métro. De bons restautrants à proximité. Appartement très bien équipé.

Immeuble au fond d'une cour. Appartement situé au 3ème étage et sans ascensseur. Absence de climatisation (en été +++)

L’appartement n’est pas neuf comme annoncé. Il a été rénové il y à plusieurs années (à la française = cheap). C’est un appartement en fond de cour (très calme mais pas des plus cosy)
