Location, cleanliness, comfy beds and hot water.
The only thing missing was complimentary tea, coffee, a few snacks and drinks as the shops aren't close. It would have been helpful.

Welcoming and clean.
The cleaning party does an exceptional job however some wearing from being lived in was noted on the walls so a coat of paint would enhance the cleanliness. The mat at the front door needs to be nonslip. 3 of 4 guests slipped on it. Definitely a hazard. A toaster oven would be great, not everything is appropriate for a microwave. Yard maintenance was not prioritized so it does not represent the rest of the property well.
