It had everything I needed for a most comfortable five night stay. The kitchenette was well equipped with microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and complimentary pods. The bed was comfortable. It was about a 20 minute walk from Brussels Central Train station and the city centre so well located
The stairs within the apartment separating living area from bedroom were a major pain but I knew about them when I booked.

Comfortable and lovely room with space to store our things, loud of hangers in the two large closets. It’s a pretty space, nice to hang out.
Small kitchen but perfect for our needs. We reheated food here, but didn’t try to fix a meal. Made coffee every morning using their electric kettle to do pour overs with coffee & filters that we brought. There is a small single cup machine that takes pods, but none were provided. We didn’t ask, so they may have brought us some if we wanted.
Location was lovely. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the old town shopping and sites. Lots of restaurants short walk, we had Indian dinner at Rangla Puniab (so delicious) and Pho & Noodles at New Saigon Bangkok. Also delicious. Then desserts at a beautiful bakery, Het delicatessenpaleis حلويات القصر Le Palais des Délices.
Very much enjoyed our 3 nights in Belgium! Would stay here again.
It was no problem for us, but steps into the bathroom and kitchen are big. If you are unsteady this isn’t the place for you.
The elevator was great to get our suitcases up and down, but it is very small. One person. We took the stairs when not carrying big bags.

Room was not cleaned as their policy says there will be additional charges for cleaning, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days so, I expect cleaning, replacing towels, coffee etc. there was no tea and milk provided, guests are expected to drink coffee from the pods. These weren’t replenished and I was expected to speak to front office every time I needed coffee.
