The location was fantastic! Very convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The apartment itself was lovely, very well presented, and we really appreciated that the host made an effort to have it ready for us earlier than scheduled, especially given the heat. We had an unexpected issue with the door lock, but the hosts went out of their way to find a solution and came personally to help us. We really appreciated how quickly they resolved the situation once we connected.
The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable for us. Relatively minor details in an otherwise very enjoyable stay!

Logement bien situé.
Plusieurs points importants ont rendu le séjour moins confortable.
Le logement est très humide, les serviettes n’avaient pas le temps de sécher et il n’y avait aucun étendage pour pouvoir les mettre à l’air, ni même pour faire sécher le linge en revenant de la laverie.
Il manquait également les produits de base (sel, huile, vinaigre…), ainsi que un torchon de cuisine. Aucun balai ni petits produits d’entretien n’étaient disponibles, ce qui n’est pas pratique lorsqu’on souhaite faire un minimum de nettoyage pendant un séjour de plusieurs jours.
Pour 10 jours, seulement 2 rouleaux de papier WC étaient fournis.
Impossible aussi de faire fonctionner la TV malgré plusieurs essais.
Un petit plus appréciable serait de laisser un parasol à disposition pour les sorties à la plage.

Skvělá lokalita, vybavení, vzdálenost od MHD, dřívější check-in.
Během celého týdne nefungovaly všechny zásuvky a elektřina několikrát denně vypadávala. Kvůli tomu se nám opakovaně nenabíjela zařízení, se kterými jsme počítali. Přestože problém řešil údržbář i majitel, opakoval se až do konce pobytu.
Kvůli komplikacím nám nakonec byla odpuštěna městská daň.

Everything was clear, professional, and smooth from the very beginning. The communication was excellent — fast, kind, and high-quality, which made us feel at ease even before arrival. The apartment itself is truly perfect — located in the heart of Bari Old Town, very cozy, authentic, and full of real Italian charm. Our stay left a wonderful impression, and we would definitely recommend it.
