Esperienza assolutamente impeccabile! L'appartamento è una vera gemma: spazioso, moderno, arredato con grande gusto e pulito alla perfezione. Il vero punto di forza è senza dubbio la corte privata con il doppio posto auto interno: per chi viaggia in macchina è una comodità impagabile che elimina qualsiasi stress legato al parcheggio e garantisce la massima sicurezza per il veicolo. L'ambiente è incredibilmente silenzioso e riservato, perfetto per rilassarsi completamente dopo una giornata in giro. All'interno si trova davvero tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa, con ambienti accoglienti e letti super confortevoli. Un grande grazie all'host per l'estrema gentilezza, la disponibilità e la cura dimostrata in ogni dettaglio del soggiorno. È una struttura che merita a pieni voti 5 stelle, la raccomando ad occhi chiusi e sarà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento per le prossime occasioni!

Samo miejsce bardzo spokojne, idealnie we Włoskim klimacie. Można odpocząć i niedaleko dojechać do centrum. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny dbał przez cały pobyt czy wszystko u nas dobrze. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, kuchnia super zagospodarowana. Prywatny parking za bramą był dużym plusem! Bardzo polecam

Tesise erişim çok rahattı. Temiz ve bakımlı bir evdi. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Check in işlemi çok rahat oldu. Doğru yönlendirmeler yapıldı. Otoparkın olması büyük avantaj. Sessiz bir mahalle güzel bir ev.
Olumsuz bir konu yok. Araç kiralamadan gitmek hata olur.

Excellent place to stay. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the airport and around 15 minutes to get to the center of Bologna. The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a large bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very convenient.
The property is located near the highway, but the noise did not prevent us from falling asleep quickly after busy days in Bologna and the surrounding area. The heating is easy to control with a remote control. There is a dedicated parking space right next to the house.
Giancarlo deserves special thanks. He always replied to our questions very quickly and was ready to help at any moment. We highly recommend this apartment.
The only small thing that could make the stay even better would be a capsule coffee machine :-)
