The property was clean, quiet, and everything we needed. Basic, but that was great.

The location is unbeatable. The staff were so helpful and friendly, topping up water bottles, fresh towels, and tp as needed. The rooms are definitely basic, but we were comfortable enough and had everything we needed (wardrobe, desk space, fridge, tea & coffee station etc.) 2 minute walk to the river, Chinatown, metro, and everything in one of the city’s best neighbourhoods. Wi-Fi was reliable as well! It’s not fancy, but it’s great value.

The Hotel was as described. It is a basic hotel that meets the basic needs. Somewhere to come home to. Somewhere to sleep. Loved the idea of a common room where Coffee could be enjoyed. Thank you for making water available. This is greatly appreciated. Thank you too for spoiling with the variety of biscuits ...
The area outside the hotel is not great. This little street is used as a thoroughfare for traffic, motorcycles in particular to travel from one side to the other side. The noise is quite bothersome. From early morning to late at night the motorcycles simply keep passing through. Not to mention the occasional garage door either being shut with a bang or being opened with a screetch.

It was cheap
Bugs all over floor crawling around, cockroach as you walk in the door, shower made bathroom dangerous as water did not drain
