1. Locatie - rustige wijk met goede busverbindingen; binnen 20 min ben je in old city en mag je volop genieten van drukte daar
Ook is loopafstand naar het lapad strand (snorkelen bij de rotsen links en rechts is een aanrader!)

Let op als je beide kamers wilt gebruiken om te slapen: Airco is alleen in de woonkamer. Om ook de slaapkamer af te koelen moet je hem op krachtigste stand en temperatuur van 17 graden (lager kan niet) zetten. Hierdoor is het de hele nacht ijskoud en lawaaierig in de woonkamer maar lekker fris in de slaapkamer.
Appartement heeft geen gas. Ik keek bij de aankomst stomverbaasd naar de enige elektrische kookpit terwijl op de foto stond glasplaat met 4 pitten. Moet erbij zeggen dat de eigenaren het zeer netjes en aandachtig hebben opgelost en extra elektrische plaat geplaatst. Dank hiervoor, Suzan en Zloty!

Ottima e silenziosa location, comoda per la vicina spiaggia di Uvala lapad e per il bus per il centro storico. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie molto comode! Fondamentale la cucina perché i costi per mangiare fuori a Dubrovnik sono davvero molto alti.
Niente, il bagno puzzava un po' di fogna anche con la ventola accesa ma non è colpa di nessuno :)

The property was spotless upon arrival and was just what we needed for a few days in Dubrovnik. It’s walking distance to shops and the marina and beaches, and easy access by bus to the Old Town. Property was just as photographed and the owners are lovely!
Not much ! Maybe just comfier duvets and larger bath towels.
