Very reasonably priced. Really nice staff! EXTREMELY clean! I felt safe even though I was traveling alone and the neighborhood seemed a little depressed.
There were no amenities to speak of and although there was hot water in the sink, the water never got warm in the shower. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave.

Bed was comfortable and clean...air conditioner was quiet... affordable
Very dirty shower floor...no door on the bathroom... only a doorknob lock...missing lightbulbs...mini fridge was missing...

I like the firm mattress, and the staff was friendly. The a/c seemed to work well and kept the room at a decent temp while I was gone the whole day.
There was no refrigerator, which was very disappointing as I had a few drinks/food items I wanted to keep cold. Had to toss them out. The room could have used one more pass in terms of cleaning, but overall not the worst I've had in terms of room cleanliness.
