Wonderfully comfortable, clean, and quiet property! We appreciated the spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and good Wi-Fi and cable TV. We would absolutely recommend the Lazy Duck #30!

No breakfast but they texted a code and we got right in
Maybe two baths for the 5 of us but the one we had was very clean and nice

Amount of space, beds were comfortable, safe neighborhood, staff response time - they were both very pleasant, ample parking space
None of the tvs worked on arrival, one was completely disconnected and had to be rebooted by us, the other two tvs took 2 days to fix, breaker was thrown which caused the heater in the king size room to not work - we had to reboot that, sheets on king bed were ripped with multiple holes - they did get that fixed the next day, fireplace did not work even after staff tried to get it working. We paid a premium price for this stay and would expect a partial refund due to all of the issues we had and the amount of our vacation time wasted along with the frustration.
