Good location and unique property

The Grotta is modern and a unique apartment style. It had all the facilities you need including a washing machine. Was close to central Bari. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The airconditioning did not cope with the temperature outside. The apartment stayed at 28 degrees all day and night and was very uncomfortable to sleep. We slept on wet towels to stay cool. The host is aware and looking at the issue.

Very good property in the heart of the old city, nice for 2 people.

Excellent location, clean, good for 2 people.

The photos on Booking are a bit misleading, in the sense that there is a photo with a wide terase which you might think it belong to the apartment, but in reality, it’s in no way connected to it, and there is actually no terase. Another thing that was really annoying were the mosquitos - there were too many to handle and the property should have mosquito nets at the windows.

Outstanding property in the heart of Old Town. Amazing architecture, spacious, comfortable and minimalistic decor. Additionally you will have the most helpful and kind host. From the kind welcome gift to any assistance needed during your stay. Marlene rocks. Highly recommend
