The location was convenient, not far from the center and from where I needed to be.
The wifi did not work as well as it should, it was not strong enough to do a video call, which is why I booked this room. When I asked them about it, they said "we are not an internet point".
The handle of my door was also broken and fell off in my hand. I immediately let them know and they said they would "fix it as soon as possible" but then did not ever come to fix it. I was afraid of getting locked in or out of the room if the handle fell off.
The curtains are also see-through and anyone on the street can see right into the bathroom as well as to the bed.
