It’s comfortable for short term stay. The place is beautifully decorated, quiet and well-maintained, I absolutely loved the facilities, the most essential of all would be the washing machines and dryers. The location is strategic as well. There’s convenience stores and restaurants closed by.
The TV is outdated. Please update.

Everything, we didn't need a key, so you can go to the beach without worry. The place was clean and comfortable; there was really nothing not to like. There is also a pool, and you can smoke outside, so it has got everyone covered.
The only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any more, so we just bought some from the supermarket, not really a problem. The AC was also very strong, but I think that's just a me problem, most people would like it.

Close to the West coast park and restaurants.
TV didn’t work. Found the springs inside of the remote corroded. The water from the shower was brown. Had to run it for a while for it to become clear. The studio had an interconnected room. Could hear the TV from next door all night.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The check-in process was completely hassle-free, with uninterrupted 24x7 water supply and convenient access to safe drinking water. The availability of a microwave and food warmer round the clock was especially helpful and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Washing facilities timings is very limited needs to be extended a bit more.
