Close to where my relatives lived
Comfortable bed and good to have a washing machine and kettle etc

Power outage on day of my checkout and i was not informed. There were a few notices near reception but all residents should have been sent a message.
I had washing in the machine and couldn’t open it and there were no people at the front desk and no number to call. I went during their morning office hours at 11 am. I found a very helpful maintenance man who helped me
One evening i came back and My room was left open by the cleaners possibly?? I informed the front desk and they never got back to me or apologised .
I am staying there for another week so i hope the reception is much better and i will give them a wonderful review

Availability of a washing machine and fridge and a very generous sized bathroom. Good air-conditioning.
No bedside/shelf for coffee books.

Location and surrounding. The calm and quietness
Housekeeping can improve by changing bedding onceca week especially as we are staying ling term. No lifts for all the blocks causes inconvenience but we were given room with lift access after a week
