SWISS 66 | 3 Beds | 3 Baths | Salt Pool (OPTIONAL***For this unit only the Pool can be heated at extra cost)

At the pool area with large deck, shower and chaise sun lounges you can enjoy swimming in a heated pool and relax in the sun. Home fully renovated in 2022 with an over sized lanai in a beautiful tropical garden facing a water ski lake that accommodated the 2003 World Championship. This beautiful home is situated in a gated resort offering water skiing on 5 private lakes, 18 hole golf course and tennis. All houses have large lots and beautiful gardens which ensures total privacy. Besides enjoying all the amenities of the house and the resort there is much more to do and see in Central Florida. Orlando with its fabulous attractions, restaurants and great shopping is not far away. Beaches are 1 hour away and the tropical forest starts close. Don’t wait and come visit our little piece of Paradise!!

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

We needed a house near my daughters softball tournaments all week. We were pleasantly surprised by the Clermont area! Loved our house and especially the water skiers every single morning in our backyard! It was like a show every morning!

Our time in Groveland was a special gift for our family this year. The home was beautiful and well appointed with plenty of room for our family of six. We paid the extra fee for the pool and spa to be heated and unfortunately when we arrived, we found the pool dirty and the heater not working. However, the property management worked quickly to fix the situation and we were refunded the cost of heating for the days we were unable to use the pool. That response to our only issue displayed the level of care the management put into making sure we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!
