Accommodating up to six guests, this peaceful retreat features an inviting fireplace, outdoor patio, and everything needed for a relaxing mountain stay. Goldwater Lake is approximately five minutes away, while downtown Prescott and the Courthouse Square are within a convenient drive.
For the safety and security of our guests and property owners, additional ID verification may be required when booking or prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure and may be requested in addition to any verification completed through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another booking platform. Verification must be completed before check-in when requested.
The Space:
Relax among the pines at this inviting three-bedroom, one-bathroom Prescott cabin. Surrounded by trees and frequently visited by local wildlife, the home offers a peaceful setting for families and friends looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining spaces, bathroom, and outdoor patio. Arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is tucked into a quiet, wooded area of Prescott surrounded by tall pines and native wildlife. Goldwater Lake and nearby trails make it easy to spend time outdoors, while downtown Prescott’s restaurants, shops, galleries, Whiskey Row, and Courthouse Square are a short drive away.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is necessary for reaching the cabin and exploring the surrounding area. Goldwater Lake is approximately a five-minute drive, and downtown Prescott is about 15 minutes away. Mountain roads may be dark at night, and seasonal weather can affect driving conditions, so guests should plan accordingly.
Other Things to Note:
The cabin accommodates a maximum of six guests and has one shared bathroom. Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees; please include all pets when booking.
Wildlife—including deer, javelinas, squirrels, and occasionally bears—may pass through the property. Please observe animals from a safe distance, supervise children and pets outdoors, and never leave food or trash outside. Parties and events are not permitted.

Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay. The Host Co. team is available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist if anything is needed.

The cabin was exactly what we needed for the weekend getaway. It is close enough to downtown for quick dinner or pickup groceries. But also, remote enough that it is very quiet and no light pollution. Neighbors seem close, but you don’t really feel it and deck is facing woods which was perfect to sit outside and enjoy forest sounds and observe wildlife.Kitchen had everything needed to make quick meals and we appreciated provided drip coffee.

The place was very cute and modern in all the right ways! We enjoyed all the windows to watch the deer and javelina and enoy our coffee and breakfast! Lots to do around the area, the only thing we were a little disappointed, was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and we couldn't get deck lights to work to enjoy sitting out in evenings! But with that being said we would like to go back and stay when we aren't on the run so much, since we were there with our Daughter and our adult Granddaughter for our Grandson graduation from High School. Lots of nice people up there as well!

House was as completely as described! The deer that are roaming around was pretty cool as well!
