The property includes two swimming pools, sauna, outside bocci and shuffleboard courts, nature walk, two fitness rooms, and grilling stations at each pool facility. A beach walk is only steps away and directly across the street. This condo is also close to explore Canaveral Shores, Cape Canaveral (SpaceX), Disney, Daytona International Speedway. The condo and area exceeded our expectations. Condo was clean and mostly quiet. Pool area was very clean. The condo was furnished with all the equipment needed for beach activities. The host was very quick to reply with any questions we had.

Beautiful property, grounds and bldg. are well maintained. The property is gated and has underground parking which is great when summer temperatures reach the high 90's. T
