Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

Starting in OctoberThe work is being done between the 1st and the 7th floor. We are on 19 and 20. The balconies are available but we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do have chairs and loungers on the balcony for our tenants to enjoy. We were looking for more room with 2 families and this place delivered. All of us could even sit down together in the living room, something no other beach condo has ever been able to do. Kitchen is stocked great, beds were comfortable, location is right on the beach. We could even see fireworks from balcony they were shooting at the pier. Would definitely rent this condo again for a large group.

The Penthouse Paradise exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well maintained, and the views from the wrap around deck on the top floor were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely book the Paradise Penthouse again if we are visiting Daytona with a larger group.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Daytona Beach and can’t say enough good things about it! The host was incredible—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our family feel welcome and comfortable.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It felt like a home away from home. My husband completely fell in love with the couch (seriously, he’s still talking about it ), and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—including my own!Everything about our stay was perfect, and it made our Jeep Beach trip even more special. We’ve already decided this will be our place to stay every year when we come for Jeep Beach. Highly, highly recommend!

Had people working on the patio entore time. The aor conditioning was broke and worh people on the balcony sanding and workin couldn't open doors was very loud. Most importantly we had no aor and couldn't be foxed durong our stay. It was hot thay week!
