Our lovely secluded community is secured and gated with an on site property manager to assist you when needed. Right outside our gates you will find other residential homes and within a short walk you will be to all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo as well as the BEACH.

Everything in Tamarindo is within walking distance from the Villa. However, if you choose to drive parking is free almost everywhere in town and pretty easy to find even in the evenings.

Welcome to Casa Del Sol! We hope you enjoy our beautiful Villa but are also mindful of keeping it beautiful for your stay as well as future guests. Please no smoking on the property. Our Villas are quiet and peaceful so keep the parties in town and be mindful of those who may be sleeping after 10pm.

Please keep the indoor furniture inside (friends you would think this would be common sense but there was an incident recently where someone took our ottoman outside on the patio and left it). If you need additional seating on the front patio you may take the dining room chairs outside but please do not leave them out there as the humid climate will damage them if left overnight.

We are in a climate that attracts lots of creepy crawly friends so please keep food in the kitchen and be mindful of keeping the counters free of standing food and excess crumbs.

Finally, this lovely country is all about conservation and as such, their septic systems are incredibly delicate. Please remember no paper (including toilet paper) in the toilets. That`s right, toilet paper goes in the trashcans only. We have provided receptacles with bags and lids for your convenience.

We DO have cameras on the front porch showing the front walkway and front door area. These cameras are for security as petty theft and burglary are an issue. We have properly disclosed the existence of these cameras in accordance with airbnb rules in this listing. Tampering with the cameras is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.
