Enjoy one of the most convenient locations in Keystone. Silver Mill 8160 is located in the heart of River Run Village, approximately 60 yards from the River Run Gondola and just steps from the new Kindred resort.
From the condo, walk to the gondola, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and River Run's year-round activities. Arapahoe Basin is also only about 7 miles away, making this an excellent base for experiencing two of Colorado's great ski areas.
BEAUTIFUL VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM
Unit 8160 offers mountain and River Run Village views from every room, giving the condo a true mountain-village atmosphere.
Step onto your private balcony for views overlooking River Run Plaza. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the mountain surroundings or watch the activity below.
During River Run's summer festivals and special events, the balcony overlooks the plaza's main-stage area. Guests have a great vantage point for the festivities, although these events can result in additional daytime and evening noise.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
• Primary bedroom with king bed
• Second bedroom with queen bed
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
• Two full bathrooms
The living room provides a comfortable gathering space with a fireplace, HDTV and seating for relaxing after skiing or exploring the mountains.
A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the gondola, enjoy family meals or simply relax at home after a full day outdoors.

Silver Mill Lodge offers excellent amenities for a Keystone vacation, including three newly remodeled outdoor hot tubs.

SUMMER COMFORT
Keystone's cool mountain climate means many properties do not have central air conditioning. Unit 8160 does not have central A/C, but we provide a portable 10,000 BTU air-conditioning unit for additional comfort during warmer summer periods.
The portable unit is normally stored in the primary bedroom closet when not connected. The condo's wall thermostats operate the heating system only; A/C is controlled directly from the portable unit.
Mountain temperatures typically cool significantly in the evening, so opening windows when outside temperatures drop can also help cool the condo naturally.
LEAVE THE CAR IN THE GARAGE
One of the best parts of staying at Silver Mill is the ability to park your car and experience River Run on foot.
The gondola is approximately 60 yards away, while restaurants, shopping, ski rentals and village activities are right outside. The new Kindred resort is also just steps away, placing you in one of the most desirable areas at the base of Keystone.

We loved staying here. The convenience of the location is unmatched and it was so much fun being right in the middle of all the action. Check in and out was a breeze. The unit itself was well kept and provided plenty of room for all of us.

Location was perfect. Great views for NYE and excellent for skiing. Place was a little worn down for the price but we enjoyed our stay overall.

We loved this apartment. Great location! Very easy check-in process and relatively easy directions to follow. Only critic is that it could use some updates to the furniture and other fixtures in the apartment, but other than that, this is a great find and we'll be back. Thanks!
