This ocean tower 11th floor two bedroom, two bath 1466 SF luxury Penthouse villa is located in Oahu's most prestigious beachfront destination - Beach Villas at Ko Olina ('Place of Joy'). You'll experience breathtaking panoramic ocean views from your private lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. Overlooking two crystal blue pools, winding koi ponds and spectacular grounds, you'll never tire of the stunning ocean views and soothing sounds of the island birds.
A semi-private elevator delivers you to your exclusive villa. The moment you step inside, the ocean view will take your breath away. The furnishings are island luxury with all the amenities of home, and more. Perfect for couples who enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset with their toes in the sand.

I stayed 7 nights with my wife and 2 adult children. The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious, very clean and the view was spectacular. We spent time on the lanai everyday soaking in the ocean view. The kitchen was so clean we didn't think it had been used before.... we did use it. The appliances worked well and it was well stocked with the essential cooking and dining ware. We used the pools, hot tubs and the fitness room. The amenities of the resort couldn't have been better. The beach was beautiful. Great for relaxing in the sun, swimming and there were even many fish to be seen while snorkeling. I had some concerns about my trip prior to departing and contacted the owner. Jeff responded almost immediately and talked through it. He was very responsive and accommodating. Great service.If you are planning a trip to Oahu, I highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely loved this property and the entire resort. The reserved parking space, immaculate resort grounds, security, the Condo itself. We stayed for 8 days and the kitchen was amazing, well stocked, unbeatable ocean view and spacious lanai, very comfortable bed - everything was wonderful and we hope to come back one day soon!

It is such a pleasure to not have to consider logistical matters during a holiday. Our condo provided all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, complemented by the added conveniences of home. The beach was exceptional, with pristine sand that was meticulously raked one morning, creating an idyllic scene. Our host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for any visitor seeking a carefree and enjoyable holiday in paradise.

Amazing unit and great for my family. Great views, quiet. Everything was clean and laundry/kitchen were great. One of the two dishwashers didn't work, but it was not an inconvenience. Everything you need in a kitchen was available. The host (Jeff) was super helpful right from the beginning. We are already planning for another visit!
