Cute condo stocked with plenty of necessities, and very thoughtful welcome basket. Owner is very responsive and available if needed.

This was a nice condo in the Sports Village complex. Jeep was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to a couple questions I had about the property. It was a comfortable place and very clean. A few things I might suggest to make it perfect would be upgrading the bed in the adults’ room to a queen. There is room for it and a full is a little small for two grown adults. Also, there is a mixture of daylight bulbs and soft white bulbs making an odd lighting ambience in the condo. Perhaps just going to all soft white would make it seem a bit “cozier” and less like an office building. The last issue is that while ceilings are high and beautiful exposed wood slats, this comes at the expensive of noise from upstairs. Since there is no insulation between floors, you can hear every footstep/TV/music from the neighbors above.Even though, we enjoyed our stay and liked the condo!

About this apartment rental

Beautiful lower level condo unit in Sports Village located close to everything! A few hours drive from Phoenix or Tuscon will bring you up to the White Mountains where Sunrise Ski Resort, multiple golf courses, Hondah Casino, shopping, restaurants, and various lakes and streams await you. Very nice, well maintained condo with a pellet stove fireplace, large master bedroom (Queen bed), secondary bedroom (2 twin/King bed). There is a sofa in the living room to sleep 5 total.
