The 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom are located in the second floor, there is a sofa bed and the half bathroom in the main floor.
This Lovely home has easy access to parks, zoo, Highway, Hospitals, Shopping, restaurants, Stormont Vail Event Center, the Capitol and much more, personal driveway parking and street free parking as well.
We try to accommodate flexible travel schedules whenever possible. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for $20 per additional hour, depending on availability.

A nice, peaceful getaway. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is one of the most comfortable. The entire house is well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could want. Everything we needed was there. The front porch is really great with comfortable furniture and live plants everywhere. The host is VERY responsive to messages. We never had to wait for an answer. In fact when we ran out of propane for the outdoor grill, I messaged to ask if there was a spare tank somewhere. He immediately responded there wasn’t but he had one to us almost immediately!We were in Topeka for a grandson’s graduation, but we’re practically looking for an excuse to go back! It was that good!Thank you Oswaldo!

Their pictures do not do this house any justice. It is my favorite Verbo to date. The house was extremely clean, and absolutely adorable. It is right off Topeka Blvd. so it’s easy to get anywhere around town. The house decor is quaint and there are multiple sitting areas outside. I will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home. I love old houses in historical areas! Its close to Al's Taco shop and Gs frozen custard!

Small but cute. It really needs a deep cleaning (it seemed like it only had the once-over). Additionally, the property needs quite a bit of TLC. I think it would feel really crowded with more than 4 guests. It is just a few blocks from downtown. Kitchen supplies were adequate.
