This brand new remodeled 3 BR 2BA home is perfect for a fun-filled stay in the sunshine state! Heated pool with gorgeous water features. Right off I-75, Less than 10 minutes to Punta Gorda airport with its own private boat ramp access to Peace River. The spacious floor plan gives plenty of room to watch tv together on the big screen in the living room, play games at the table or chill by the large HEATED pool. Master and second bedroom have adjustable bed frames with pillow top mattress in guest bedroom and memory foam in master! Sleep like a KING here! Prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the full kitchen and dine together at the table. Sip coffee or drinks by the pool, enjoy a breakfast with friends, or take a short drive to many beach options, closest one is just 15 min away! Just 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s Village!

Aimee and Kristy were both amazing. Although the reasons I had to go to Florida were unfortunate, they were great to deal with. Even left me a card consoling me for my loss. The pool was great, heated, and lit up at night. I would stay there again anytime I would go back to the area. Very helpful on places to go and things to do. I very much appreciate your kindness while staying there.

Great place to relax and enjoy time with family. Everything you need is right here. Comfy beds. Nice furnished kitchen. Relaxing living room furniture. Home away from home. Enjoyable pool that had a high end resort look and feel. Easy access to go to fisherman’s village. Short drive to beaches. Will choose this place again.

It was very relaxing sitting by the pool and being in the pool. The pool area is definitely zen. It was nice to only hear the water fountain and birds. The house was very clean. The house is close to town, so a short distance to eating and shopping.

Country Oasis is definitely accurate in the listing, but if you don’t mind a short drive into town or a half-hour to the beach, this property is great! It is a quiet, rural neighborhood, good for getting in a walk each day. (The Harbor Walk in Punta Gorda is also very nice!) The pool is beautiful, and with the heater, even on a day when we had a stiff breeze, we enjoyed being in the water. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The furniture is comfortable, and was great for watching March Madness! There was a nice gas grill, although we did not use it. We would stay there again!
