About this house rental
This Gulf front home features a spacious screened in porch and open sun deck that are wonderful for enjoying the view during the day and experiencing the beautiful Cape sunsets in the evenings.
The living area is open with plenty of comfortable seating and great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen is perfect for meal preparation and storage. It opens to a dining area that seats six. Laundry room is located conveniently off the kitchen area.
The Master king bedroom on this main level offers a private entrance to the screened in porch and deck. There is also a queen guest bedroom on this level and a full bath.
Upstairs is a second king bedroom with a view of the Gulf and an additional bedroom with two full size beds. There is also a full bath on this level.
The outdoor enclosed hot/cold water shower is great for rinsing off after your time on the beach.

We had a wonderful time. This house sits right on the beach. Really nice having the screened in porch and the sun deck so people were comfortable in both places. Beds were very comfortable. The cleaning crew is fabulous! Very clean! Thank you!

Perfect beach location and house for our group of 10. We loved the screen porch, sun deck, and lower shade deck. This home sits right on the beach. We enjoyed watching dolphins and gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The quaint town of Port St Joe is close by with great restaurants and shopping. We hope to book this same house again next year! And, the property manager was fantastic!!

Everything is great with this home. We had very small issues which would NOT deter us from renting this home again. The screened-in deck needs some repair - the screen is torn in a few places and biting bugs get in. The icemaker wasn't working but no problem...we just picked up a bag at Scallop Cove. I belive this is in the description but the master bath is not ensuite - it's in the hallway and shared with the other main floor bedroom. Just something to consider. Excellent water pressure! Very nice furnishings throughout. The plentiful beach towels for guest use was wonderful. Beds and linens were top-notch!
