This 2,400 sq ft "Modern Vintage" vacation rental was designed with custom light fixtures, reclaimed woods, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds - a peaceful, comfortable, and inspiring space where no detail was overlooked.

Sitting on 1.5 acres of beautiful country pasture, the home has an extensive covered porch with a picnic table and multiple seating areas. It's located on the main road (Hwy 237), just one mile from the charming town of Round Top - home to art galleries, antique shops, wine bars, and cafes that rival the big cities. You're within walking distance of 9 antique shows during the Spring and Fall Round Top Antique Fairs, a quarter mile from the world-class Festival Hill Music Hall (a 200-acre campus with performance facilities, historic houses, gardens, and nature preserves), and 20 minutes from Shakespeare at Winedale.
Truly unique finishes throughout: soft, comfy sheets and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, and a dining table that seats up to 10. The living area offers comfortable seating to relax or watch TV, and the daybed nook (twin XL) makes a great lounge spot by day and extra sleeping space by night. Vintage and antique treasures collected from Paris, Provence, Amsterdam, and Round Top fill every corner.
Our other listings, the Boho Cottage (#1005562), is attached to No. 1450 by a private hallway with locked doors on each side. We also have two stand-alone Cozy Cottages on the same property - the Pierce (#2263633) and the Eisley (#2263602). Any of these can be booked separately or combined for a larger group or event. The Vintage Round Top is the perfect weekend retreat for couples, honeymooners, retreats, workshops, girlfriend getaways, or family reunions. It’s also a sought-after backdrop for commercial, bridal, or brand photo and video shoots – please inquire for special commercial usage and pricing.
Sleeping arrangements (up to 7 guests max):
Master Bedroom (king bed) + attached master bath - downstairs
Loft Bedroom (queen bed + 2 twins) with half bath - upstairs
Great Room daybed (twin XL) with shared full bath by the kitchen

Base rates cover double occupancy (first 2 guests). Additional guests are charged $50/person/night.
Round Top is traditionally a Thursday–Sunday town, though a few restaurants open Wednesday and one is open daily. Nearby towns - Brenham, La Grange, and Giddings - are just 20 minutes away and offer more options during the week.
Due to the home's high-end finishes and potential hazards (sharp corners, glass antiques, etc.), we recommend the property for children ages 10 and up. If you're traveling with a younger child, a child waiver is available upon request.

We loved every moment here. We spent the first 30 minutes admiring all the furnishings. We love the attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped. Centrally located . Denise was prompt with her responses. Would love to come back again.

Stayed at the 1450 during a weekend get a way visiting historic Round Top. The house and property was very clean with top notch amenities. Would definitely recommend.

This property is nice, located very close to Round Top Center. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolate… thank you!
The house was clean and well stocked ; however, the king bed downstairs needs a new mattress. It caves in and needs to be replaced; it squeaks when you barely sit on it to get in bed ; not very comfortable because it’s old and worn out. My husband came home with lower back pain.
We also had an incident our second night where the battery in one of the fire alarms went out and it started chirping loudly ..it woke us up and unfortunately, we got no sleep after that! Paige responded at first, and I was told to call her in the morning , but I never heard back from her after reaching out at all! Paige was responsive until she wasn’t!
We’ll opt to stay at Hotel Lulu in the future to be guaranteed a consistently exceptional stay !
