Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it covers approximately 140 acres and features over three miles of shoreline, providing a serene retreat for fishing, boating, and enjoying the natural beauty of the region.
LAKE ACCESS:
Lake Lanier is a private, exclusive lake reserved for property owners in our neighborhood, and we're excited to extend this privilege to our guests. At The Boathouse, you can experience the lake in many ways—take a swim, ride the pedal boat, unwind by the fire pit, and more. If fishing is your passion, cast your line directly from the dock and try your luck with bass, carp, and catfish (catch and release).

The Boathouse shares a dock with Main House guests, who may also be present during your stay.
