Both bedrooms are newly furnished. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook inside or use the outdoor gas grill on the balcony. Our strict no pet policy keeps our home pet allergen free. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided for your convenience. Unwind by one of the two Barrier Dunes community pools or take a leisurely stroll 200 steps to the beach. Barrier Dunes also offers tennis/pickleball courts, three stocked ponds, and a playground for the kiddos. Without a doubt, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into every detail of this home.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, but even better in person. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation, and all of the little thoughtful touches made such a difference. You can tell the owners have carefully considered what guests might need and have gone above and beyond to provide it.As a family traveling with young children, we especially appreciated how comfortable, organized, and easy the home was to enjoy. Whether it was beach gear, kitchen essentials, or simply having plenty of everyday supplies on hand, nothing felt overlooked. It allowed us to relax and focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics.The location was wonderful, the home was charming, and our entire family had an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.

We returned for our third year to the Cape and our second time staying in this unit. It's perfect - the location, the amenities, you name it! The beds are so comfortable, there's all you could need in the kitchen, the unit is clean, it's right near the second pool which is rarely busy, and the list goes on! We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!
