This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, and features a sunroom, a private screened-in heated pool, fully fenced-in backyard for your pup, a fully-stocked kitchen, two-car garage, gas grill, outdoor dining area, Smart TVs in each bedroom, and High-Speed WiFi with laptop friendly workspaces.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Fanta Sea puts you within minutes of world-renowned Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches, The Legacy Trail, Downtown Sarasota, local shops, and top-rated restaurants - making it an ideal vacation home for families, friends, and beach lovers.
The large, fully-stocked kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner with family or friends. The adjacent dining area overlooks the sunroom, heated pool and private backyard, creating a beautiful setting for meals together.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three spacious bedrooms, each with its own SMART TV for streaming. The primary suite features a king-size bed, hotel-style linens, and an ensuite bathroom with plush bath towels. The two guest bedrooms are equally charming, with one offering a cozy queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds—perfect for children or friends. Both rooms share access to a well-appointed guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and stocked with plush towels and quality toiletries for your convenience.
The private fenced-in backyard offers privacy and tranquility, making it a great space for families with children or those traveling with pets. After a day at the nearby beaches or exploring the local attractions, the outdoor space is perfect for unwinding and grilling out.
Beyond the home itself, Fanta Sea is ideally situated to make the most of Sarasota’s many attractions. Just a short drive away, you can access the pristine sands of Siesta Key Beach, consistently ranked as one of the best beaches in the world. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the nearby Legacy Trail offers miles of scenic walking and biking paths. A $125 pet fee is required to help remove pet hair and dander from any furnishings and floors for our future guests. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at any time as the filtration system is not designed for filtering pet hair. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and your pup!
Pool Heater: We recommend only heating the pool in the months of October through May, as the pool during summer months should not need heating. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know 48 hours or more before your arrival so we can have it ready for you. A $12 daily heating fee applies to help cover energy costs. Please note, if you request heating after check-in, a $50 service fee will be added for our team to come out and activate the heater. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at any time as the filtration system is not designed for filtering pet hair. Thank you for your understanding—we want to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing swim!

All over we had a great stay.It was a updated, clean nice houseBeds were very comfortable It was well equipped. The reason we only gave 4 stars was first the communication. We booked via vrbo and normally you can have a proper conversation here but we never got an answer here.We did had an issue with arrival with the door, we couldn't enter at first because we were 20 min early. After some calls with a nice lady she made it possible for us to e ter minutes before 16 o clock. We do understand that the door has a timer, but if you come from overseas you just want to enter.Another thing was that there is no shade at all in the pool area itself, but that's a minor issue.One last thing was that the pool was advertised heated it was not. But we didn't complain so all good.All over we can definitely recommend this house. As I said, nice clean and comfy.Area is calm ,no noise and close to a lot of things like beach shopping etc.We enjoyed our stay
