The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning in every room, wall-mounted LED satellite TV, internet with wi-fi connection, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Such a great place and in a perfect location. We will be staying here again. Grocery, eating places, coffee all a few steps away.

Overall good experience. Awesome location and great property. Loved the ability to park. There was an odor that smelled a little like covering up of smoking. Unfortunately that odor has settled in to our clothing when we got home. With that said, the team was very communicative and I would recommend this property and company to friends and family!
