Centrally located 9 miles from the famous Englewood Beach, where you can enjoy morning yoga at 8am followed by a swim in the blue waters of the bay. Rotonda West has 5 golf courses and 3 additional golf courses within 5 miles for all levels! The Rotоnda has 11 bike/jogging paths. Close to the beach, shopping, great restaurants and much more! Relax outside on the lanai for dinner and poolside entertainment! Grill, games and more! The nearby Gulf of Mexico has some of the best fishing in the world. Short drive to Manasota Key, Mineral Springs, Boca Grande.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was incredibly clean and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the beautiful pool and made great use of the grill. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to Walmart, Aldi, and an amazing Goodwill (a huge plus if you love thrifting like I do!). It’s also just a short drive to Stump Pass and Englewood Beach. It was the perfect, cozy retreat to return to after a fun day of exploring and beach days. I also recommend a local gift shop called Inspired by the Sea..check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Pool excellent. House very clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent layout of house that accommodated 2 families plus grandchild comfortably. Neighborhood felt safe as well as friendly neighbors.
