Welcome to Nautical Blue — a spacious, beautifully decorated beach retreat in the peaceful community of St. Joe Beach, just half a block from the sugary white sands of the Florida Panhandle.
With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 16 guests, this home was designed with families and groups in mind. Whether you're here to relax or play, Nautical Blue delivers on both.
The Outdoor Space:
Cool off in your private pool, unwind in the hot tub, and grill out on the balcony under the glow of gorgeous gas lanterns. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes beach days even easier.
The Game Room:
The first level is pure fun — shoot pool, play ping pong, throw darts, or challenge the kids to one of 60 classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. Rainy day? No problem.
The Bedrooms:
Two master suites each feature a queen bed, private en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower, and French door balcony access. Two bunk rooms with built-in triple bunk beds are perfect for kids. A first-floor queen bedroom offers easy pool access for guests who prefer to skip the stairs.
The Living & Dining Area:
The third floor impresses with an open floor plan, oversized windows, and two comfortable living areas. The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 7 at the counter and the dining table seats 8 — plenty of room for the whole group to gather.

Location was great, we had our family of 16 and everyone was comfortable. The house was well furnished and convenient to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay.

The bed pillows were not comfortable. We couldn’t get the AC on in our room. The ice maker didn’t work.
