Check-in is contactless and simple: a smart lock gets you into the home the moment your check-in window opens, no meeting anyone required. You'll have full access to the private backyard, heated pool, game room, fire pit, grill, and screened lanai. A few closets holding cleaning supplies stay locked for safety.

Saltwater Siesta is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home built around one idea: give a multigenerational family enough room that nobody has to compromise.

The open-concept living area flows straight onto the lanai and pool, so grandparents can keep an eye on swimmers without leaving their coffee. A queen Murphy bed tucks away here too, for whenever the group runs bigger than expected.

The kitchen is the room past guests keep bringing up — one wrote it was "the best equipped kitchen we've ever had at a rental."

Stainless appliances, a spacious island that seats four, and a coffee corner built for early risers and late sleepers alike. With lanai dining, the pool is only steps away from where the whole family gathers, so the fun never has to pause.

Down the hall: a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, and pool view for whoever needs an oasis away.

A second king room and a third room with a queen give the rest of the adults real privacy, not a shared pull-out.

And then there is the room the grandkids claim within minutes of arriving, a whimsical underwater cove of a bunk room. Two twin beds rest among a sea turtle, a dolphin, and a mermaid on the walls, and overhead, the bottom of a boat drifts across the ceiling, so little ones drift off to sleep as if they are tucked right into the sea.

This home is perfectly located for easy travel around the Sarasota, Bradenton and nearby beach destinations, with incredible easy access to the Sarasota International Airport at just 3 miles away- a hop skip and a jump from the airport! Most top attractions are just a short drive away, making ride share services, rental cars, or your own vehicle the best options for getting around. Free parking is available on-site.

We want you to relax, have fun, and make memories — and we ask a few things in return so every guest gets the same great stay:

• Quiet hours are 9pm–8am. This is a close-knit residential neighborhood, not a party house, and noise decibel monitors are active 24/7.
• Max 10 guests. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors — this is also an insurance requirement.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property, inside or out.
• A quick online check-in (rental agreement + ID) with our online platform called Happy Guests is required within 48 hours of booking to keep every stay safe and insured.
• Exterior cameras are active at entry points only (front door, garage, pool gates) — never inside or in private outdoor spaces.
• We're about 3 miles from SRQ Airport, so occasional plane noise comes with the territory (plus great plane-watching from the backyard).
• One small, house-trained dog may be approved in advance with a pet fee — please message us the breed and weight first.
