We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and the pool table and basketball arcade game were a huge hit with the kids. Those extra amenities helped keep everyone entertained and made the stay even more enjoyable.The only reason I'm rating it slightly lower is due to a communication issue. We had a question/concern and didn't receive a response until the following day. Once we did hear back, they apologized and worked with us to find a solution, which we appreciated. While the delayed communication was frustrating, the issue was ultimately resolved, and we had a good stay overall.

Stayed a week with a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids under 10). This property was a great jumping off point for all activities around Colorado Springs. Clean and spacious property with beautiful views of Pikes Peak to the south. Quiet exterior with abundant wildlife (we saw mule deer every morning and evening and a fox at night). Kids loved the basketball and pool table. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook every night. Hot tub was a nice retreat after long days outdoors. 10/10!

Daniela was very responsive and she made it very easy to extend my stay when travel plans changed! The house is well stocked and just as descibed. Check in process was very easy. Great place to stay in the mountains and near Pikes Peak.

This home was just what we needed for our family vacation. Close to attractions, everything we needed to fix meals. And the most beautiful scenery. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees, and the sunrise is spectacular. The host main concern was if we needed anything, and to make aure we were enjoying ourselves.
