Our Ocean Front home is One of a kind on Fripp Island. Located on Porpoise Drive, we sit right on the rocks with the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard. Be mesmerized as you watch the waves rocks and breathe in the clean salt air!
When you rent our home, we include a stylish, lifted limousine golf cart with seat belts, paddle boards and vests, kayaks, electric bikes, regular bikes, ping-pong table, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, yoga mats, tennis & pickleball supplies, a fire table on the back porch and a fire pit out in the yard. We want to make sure you are well supplied for tons of fun!
All new beds, luxury linen upgrades, all new kitchen tools, mini appliances added and many spices & oils for your cooking needs.
Coastal decor, rugs, living room furniture! We added curtains throughout the house for added comfort.
This spacious property has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With close proximity to all of Fripp Islands best attractions and activities, this is an ideal retreat for beach-goers and golfers alike. Fripp Island Club Guest cards give guests access to all Fripp Island Club Resort amenities. These include:
Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).
Ten-court Racquet club complex with year-round Tennis and Pickleball on eight soft Fast-Dry courts and two hard surface courts.
A variety of on-island shops and restaurants, including the popular Food Court.
Six sparkling swimming pools.
Island Excursion Rentals (golf carts, beach bikes, scooters, boats, etc.).
A full service, deep water Marina.
***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to their swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $39 during the summer months and $28 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $55 during the summer months and $39 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

This home has a fantastic layout for a large group. It's well equipped in the kitchen, and also has a lot of beach supplies which I didn't realize until we got on the island (boogie boards, wagons, bikes, etc). You simply cannot beat the views that this house provides either! It's on a quiet street, which makes it that much better for enjoying the island.

Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed. We used the golf cart a lot and it was very comfortable and easy to use. Very big for all our family and friends. Ceiling fan wasn’t working on the bottom floor with the double beds and some switches in there was not working. When we were arriving and trying to check in at the gate of Fripp Island we had some problems with not having our names were turned around then finally we called vrbo because we couldn’t get our host to respond and the guy from vrbo couldn’t reach her then finally she said she had sent the names to the gate and then said she would send them again. After that incident and we got into the gate the trip went well and we made lasting memories. The beach house was beautiful. Thank you

Location was excellent. Limo cart was great. House is older and shows some wear but is a great location and has comfortable beds.

House is great location and is beautiful . Many many items needs maintenance. Pest control is also needed . Roaches were in almost every room and in cabinets in kitchen. Dishes in cabinets were dirty and had syrup on plates . Yuck….Most door locks to outside didn’t work including front door, back sliding door , and upstairs sliding doors.we never could lock up our valuables in the house. Side Steps had nails sticking up and was dangerous to walk on them especially for children. Safety rail cables were broken. We have stayed here before and love this house but unfortunately we won’t be returning just too expensive for a vacation house not being maintained . Exhaust fans in bathroom didn’t work, one was missing the grill, lights going down to basement was out so had to use flashlight to go down stairs safely . Monday water was off most of the day with no warning from property manager .( may have not been their fault being off ) . Wifi was sketchy and constantly blinked so we had to reconnect each time we wanted to use . Such a shame to have such a gorgeous place to let maintenance fail the reviews . If the house wasn’t such a great house we would reviewed a lower score .
