About this house rental

New barn dominium with central heat and air, built just off the main house. It has a full kitchen, large living area, courtyard with firepit. Enjoy the large screen smart tv with streaming Direct TV, hike the woods on 21 acres, or simply enjoy a cold drink in the courtyard. You will be 15 minutes from Lake Somerviille, 30 minutes from Brenham and 45 minutes from Round Top, Texas. The unit will sleep 4 comfortably plus a foldout for one in the living room. We are 30 minutes from Kyle Field. Football fans are surely welcome. We just built a pond.
