About this apartment rental
One-of-a-kind luxury unit in the Columbine Building. 3 bedroom 3 bath . Main floor is gorgeously decorated from the moment you walk in the private entrance. The perfect open living, dining kitchen area has everything you need for your getaway. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, regular coffee maker, bar and bar stools flow easily into the dining area with private balcony and views of the Needles Mountains. Then into the main living area that is center pieced by the wood burning rock fireplace, flat screen TV, the doors to the private deck have breathtaking views of Engineer, Spud and Needles Mountains. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and shares the remodeled downstairs full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a queed bed, closet, and ,full bathroom . Master separate master suite has a private balcony, king bed and flat screen TV, spa inspired master bathroom and a huge master shower.

• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

This 3 bedroom condominium is a bit narrower than the other 3 bedroom units but it results in a very cozy space. A little less fussily decorated also, but again, I like the spareness of the look. Very nice appointments with the exception of the carpetting which someone seems to have stained and not taken care with.

Great condo. Amenities were what was described. Pool was great. Play space for kids soccer and volleball. Condo very clean and stocked with everything needed. Only issue tv remote for master bedroom was missing but no big deal didnt need it. Property management was responsive and helpful when I needed assistance with checking in. Would come back again. Would recommend this to anyone.

The property was great. The parking and immediate, covered access to the unit was awesome. Split firewood, matches, and fire starters ready to build a nice fire. The unit was well stocked with silverware, dishes, pans, spices, cleaning products, bedding, etc. Each of the three rooms had a private bathroom. “Checking” in and out was painless. WiFi worked beautifully. In short, we had a fantastic, comfortable, experience.
