As advertised. Very clean, great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Part of a gated community but was easy to get in and out of. The community is very beautiful. Advertised as pet friendly and it was - the owners even had dog bowls and a blanket to put on the couch for the dog. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our family had a lovely stay at M216 over Spring Break. The location is very private - we felt like we almost had the whole island to ourselves! The condo is nice, beds were comfy, and there are more housewares than you could ever need during your stay. We really appreciated the provided beach chairs!The one item of note: because we visited before the official start of the high season, the pools were all closed. We knew beforehand that we couldn't swim but it was kind of a bummer to not even be able to sit in the lounge chairs. There was also a lot of maintenance going on throughout the complex, including on all the sport courts so we were disappointed to not be able to use them either (just bad timing). The boys really enjoyed the weight and cardio rooms, however! Especially on our two cloudy days. The ocean at this spot is also not what we would consider "swimmable" - the sandbar stretches for a hundred yards or more and the current is strong in the other areas. We still enjoyed sitting out there catching some sun, watching the birds/tides/small waves, and taking lots of long walks to either end of the island. Our dogs LOVED the beach! Also, by far the cleanest shoreline I've ever been to - not one piece of trash all week. Great job South Carolina!Overall, we really enjoyed Harbor Island and would definitely come back in the future! *I docked one star under host communication because had a hard time getting ahold of Linda during check-in because it was a Sunday.

Love this condo. Very well equipped. Very clean and a short walk to the beach. Host kept us informed prior to check in. We rented a golf cart, ride around on the island in the evenings. The weather was great. We enjoyed our stay

This is a lovely clean condo and well equipped! The view is awesome. The owner was very responsive to questions we had. Harbor Island is heaven!
