Tex’s Ranch House faces a picturesque 5-acre fishing pond, surrounded by over 100 acres of natural beauty. Located between Pat Mayse Lake and the Red River, this property offers ample space for relaxation and activities for all ages.
Enjoy various activities on the property, including fishing in the stocked pond, swimming in the heated in-ground pool, playing pool or shuffleboard, and relaxing on the back patio by the fire pit with views of the pool, pond, and beautiful pasture.
The house comfortably sleeps 13 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It features Dish Network, WiFi, and TVs in every room. The furnished game room, fully equipped kitchen (with 2 full-size refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and Keurig), washer/dryer, and carport with ample parking for several vehicles and trailers add to the convenience. *Two full-size memory foam mattresses and two queen-size inflatable mattresses are available for additional sleeping capacity.
-Sunbathe, swim, or float in the in-ground swimming pool, or relax under the lanai. The pool is heated as needed from May to September and can be heated from October to April for an additional charge.
-Fish in the fully stocked pond (bass, catfish, crappie)—bring your gear!
-Bring your 4-wheelers or ATVs and explore 25+ miles of county roads.
-Enjoy the pool table and shuffleboard table.

EXCELLENT!!!!If you're looking for a quiet secluded place THIS is it. (Just make sure you have everything you need)The house is so cozy,fun and spacious,beds were very comfy and house was immaculate. ( we had a party of 18) Monica was amazing and very attentive to all our questions. (we appreciate you) There is a dollar general up the street but it does not sell beer (if you drink) we had to drive about 10 minutes to a QT convenience store which was not a bad deal we took pictures with Oklahoma sign,kids thought it was fun we were in another state.Pool was amazing and fishing was so fun. All kids caught something..Went to Pat Mayse Lake for a day 5 a car load for the whole day,not a bad deal,made some great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a peaceful place with a fishing lake and a nice pool, perfect for relaxing. There were some spider webs on the windows, the refrigerator was a little dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well during the afternoon heat. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very good experience overall.

After living in a very busy city for years the quiet was very much appreciated. The pond is stocked very well and my son caught about a 10 pound catfish. The expansive property gave everyone a place to call their own during our stay. The inside was extremely clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, glassware, and cookware. 10 out of 10, do recommend.

This is an amazing place, but when we went, the pool wasn’t working and a thunder storm caused the power to go out. The power was not restored so the next day we had to leave at 5 pm (still without power.) We had to leave a day early because of this.
