This unit is walking distance to “B” Dock, Battery Point Lighthouse and Beachfront park where the new pump track is located. Also SeaQuake Brewing and Paragon Coffee are within walking distance. The fenced back yard with brand new BBQ can be accessed from the Master Bedroom and side yard. It has a small patio to enjoy the bright Sunny days in Crescent City. Property needs some trim work and repairs. Outside grill is rusting out and one burner not working. Dishwasher is not screwed in place to the counter and the peninsula counter top is loose. There is a large trim piece missing between the stove and wall. Easy chair leg rest is broken. These things aside, it is clear that some new remodeling has been done and is very nice. Beds are comfortable.

The place is nice but we wanted to grill after a long day of traveling and the grill wouldn’t light, on top of there maybe not even being enough propane in the tank for one time of grilling and no spare tank. Also the refrigerator didn’t work and we woke up the next morning to all of our food being barely below room temperature. There were six of us staying and there were only 2 washcloths between the two bathrooms and I finally found two more in a closet. The host’s response was to use a hand towel. The place was fairly clean though and the host did provide some nice recommendations on what to do in the area which I appreciated.
