Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature,
A walk across the road to the beach or an 8 minute drive to Sebastian Inlet.
Birdwatching, surfing, fishing or just plain relaxing.
The nearest restaurant is the New England Pub for local fresh seafood and spirits.
There is an excellent pizzeria called D’Angelo’s both around a mile north of here on A1A
Publix is the nearest supermarket located 5 miles north.
There is a convenience store called Marathon about 1/4 mile south at the stop-light.
Honest John’s fish camp offers boat, kayak and paddle board rentals and is about a mile south of here on A1A.
Additional things to do
Birdwatching and nature tour $40. 4 hours around trails. Many species of birds can be found to add to your life lists.
Fishing: Sebastian Inlet fees payable at State Park entrance
20 minutes from historic Melbourne, 45 minutes from the space center and 1 hour 30 minutes from Disney.

Nice place to stay. They need to update the listing. It’s no longer assessable to beach (as it was listed) We had to drive to and from. Which was not an issue but that was one of the reasons we chose this place. Was due to it stating beach access. Also, vacuum tubing left in pool entire stay. I asked about it and stated we could basically swim with in pool. The actual apartment/place itself is very clean, quiet and nice. But we would rethink staying a second time.

Martyn greeted us and showed us around. Great space for the two of us. If the weather had been a bit warmer we could have used the great outdoor space even more.

Beautiful location, beach is a ten minute walk. Host was helpful when we arrived; they gave us our privacy, but we did not realize until we got there that this apartment is part of a house and located on the lower level. It was nice and clean with a complete little kitchen. Personally my husband and I prefer a firm bed; bed is very soft…I’m sure some people prefer that! We did love the garden backyard setting with pool. Nice spot to relax.
